The products sold on the website are digital goods and cannot be “returned”. If you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we highly recommend that you contact the Technical Support team to and we will be glad to help.

Now if during the first 14 days you experience an issue that makes the template unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.
Eligible Cases for Refund (First 14 days):
- Critical Bugs: Code errors that prevent basic theme functionality and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Non-Operational Features: Main features described in the product documentation that do not work as specified.
- Unresolvable Installation Issues: When following the official documentation correctly, the theme cannot be installed or configured properly.
- Item support is promised but not provided.
In case you have a current support entitlement, and you are not provided that support in accordance with the item support policy, we will provide you with a refund. - Items that have not been downloaded
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. After that period you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Request Process:
- Initial Contact: You must contact our technical support through https://estudiopatagon.ticksy.com/ within 14 days with a valid license key.
- Required Documentation:
- Detailed description of the problem
- Screenshots or videos of the error
- Temporary access to the website where the theme is installed (when possible).
- Server information and versions used.
- Resolution Attempt: Our team will attempt to resolve the issue within 48-72 business hours.
- Individual Assessment: If the problem cannot be resolved, each case will be evaluated individually and must be confirmed through direct review on the client’s website.
- Final Decision: The refund decision will be communicated within 5 business days after the assessment.
Important Requirements:
- The client must provide temporary access to the website to verify the problem (when possible) to speed up the process.
- The theme must be installed in a standard environment (without code modifications)
- The official documentation for installation and configuration must be followed
- The problem must be reproducible and verifiable by our team
Refund is not given in any of the situations listed below.
- Missing feature(s) that are not announced.
- Issues caused by code modifications.
- 3rd party conflict with plugins that are not announced as compatible.
- Discovering a better alternative
- You simply change your mind
- The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
- You bought an item by mistake
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
- You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
